wrong place to post? Frozen gammon joint

Hi all I forgot yo take gammon joint out of freezer I'm wondering can I cook it in oven from frozen?

Personally I wouldn't but someone else on food/recipes may be along with a better reason than mine. That being I always defrost, unless it says cook from frozen on the label. If its meat I've frozen myself, normally, then I defrost first.

Can you not leave it out for tomorrow night and have something else tonight?
