Impossible Requirements for an outside clothes dryer

Hello! I need/would like an outside clothes dryer, but I have no tools and not enough strength to jam a pole into the ground, so a ground based spiny clothes dryer thingy is out and I have no ability to fix one to a wall unless it was some kind of fandango one that came with tools and a ridiculously easy assembly. Can anyone recommend something that also, if free standing will not blow over at the first sigh of a fairy?

i have one of these. If you can get to germany or italy (or poss many other places, but those are the two i know about) you could get a better, better quality one, but this is fine.

It can blow over, but could be held down with a couple of tent pegs, i wedge it between a garden chair and the clothes prop and that keeps it upright. I can peg washing to it so the washing doesn't blow away and none of the washing overlaps so it dries as quickly as possible.
