I have just received my gas bill and am horrified to discover that my supplier NPower have introduced a standing charge for all it's gas customers of 44.1p per day from 1st May. This means that our gas bill is higher than expected. We are very low users of gas and feel that we have been penalised for cutting back on our usage while higher users will benefit.
