I have removed my dining chair covers And I'm washing them. They are currently soaking in vanish powder.

I could not believe how grubby they were! 2+ years of toddler filth! Shock Blush
I thought they were off white / grey originally. Nope they were cream!

What is the grubbiest thing in your house awaiting cleaning?

The sofa frame. I washed the covers last week and they're still ok. Its all beige. When I get the carpet cleaner out later Ill sort the sofa out.

The sides are covered in yogurt, chocolate and liquid stains from having juice and tea spilled all over it.

I know that I have to clean behind the tv - but it is a mess of various wires and cables.

I will wait until we re-decorate - will have to pull it all out now.

My dressing table Blush I just cleaned it today and it was SO DUSTY - I have no idea how I didn't notice it (it is quite dark in that corner of the bedroom) and it also had lots of makeup stains on it, especially foundation which apparently I like to sprinkle all over the place instead of putting it on my face...

The endless mountain of geeky fantasy books dh has in the living room. Absolutely covered in dust!

There's a gap behind my bathroom sink which i just caught sight of as a beam of rare sunlight hit it yesterday. I've been living here for almost 6 years and have never cleaned inside that gap. I doubt the previous tenants ever cleaned it either.

I can't even get the vacuum in there and my hands are too big for the gap.

But i feel all itchy knowing all that muck and dust is crawling in there...
