I have a team of cleaners who come armed with their products and blitz the place!

Im so happy!

They do everything. life is too short to clean!

We have a gardener too!!

NotAnOtter · 26/05/2006 23:35

think i was born in the wrong era - i would love to starch!

collision · 26/05/2006 23:37

ugh, notanotter, I hate it and loathe it and would really love to pay someone else to do the laundry! sooooooooo boring.

You would have loved a mangle, I think.

NotAnOtter · 26/05/2006 23:40

monday evening was mangle night in the Gowing (grim northern name) household!!!

dinny · 26/05/2006 23:42

is this a larf, right?

NotAnOtter · 26/05/2006 23:42

larf? no

FillyjonktheSnibbet · 26/05/2006 23:47

sorry, dinny, do you not have a cleaner? and a nanny?

dinny · 26/05/2006 23:49

have I missed a contentious thread??

NotAnOtter · 26/05/2006 23:50

pay her well!

collision · 26/05/2006 23:52

No, a nanny, a gardener, an aupair, a housekeeper and a maid is all that we need for a quiet life.

FillyjonktheSnibbet · 26/05/2006 23:56

oh yes, i do pay my cleaner well. £1.10 an hour and a 14p tip at christmas. I always get her a box of poundstretcher chocolate too.

FillyjonktheSnibbet · 26/05/2006 23:58

Tut, collision, how do you manage without a chauffeur and a personal shopper? Still, must be fun to slum it.

threebob · 27/05/2006 00:25

If she has a week off tell her how much longer it took you to do it.

jampots · 27/05/2006 00:52

best way to keep your cleaner working hard is to make a mess

Twiglett · 27/05/2006 08:27

complain to the agency on an irregular basis .. and with reason ...
