Procrastination HELP

It's become a lifelong habit

Now here with a 16 week old DD

Feels like I will never get on top of things

Heaps to do but every day feels the same . ...and I'm not takin housework
For example
Passport application
Work forms to do
Post package to gran
Finishing numerous craft type projects eg sewing
Clear out office of junk and buy a desk
Try to tidy up toys
Get new tyres for the car
....there's ten more

Arrrrrrrrgh . HELP

Lists, lists, lists!

Write one massive list (the list of doom) with EVERYTHING on it. Section it into rooms around the house, general i.e washing, ironing etc, and a to-do.

From there do daily lists so tomorrow maybe get to the post office, post your parcel and pick up your application. Put a few jobs around the house on it. Do this daily, make them achievable.

Think of things that can be done more efficiently like meal plan, order on line and either have delivered or click and collect.
