Soda crystals mega foam...

Staying with mil and her washing machine is a tad smelly. Am running a 95 wash with soda crystals (about 150g) and the machine is full of foam. Should this happen? Have I buggered the machine???? Confused

Perfectly normal, it is all the built up soap etc. from the drum.

Ah phew! I'm glad they're all out as there would be mil horror! I've never seen so much foam in all my life! Hopefully this will rid the mingling smell!
