... what do you do with adjustable waistbands when you put the garment in the wash? Do you:
A. leave the waistband adjusted, with the button through one of the buttonholes in the elastic
B. return the waistband to the neutral position by releasing the button from the buttonhole.

I just bung it all in without thinking Grin

ChewingOnLifesGristle · 17/05/2013 19:50

I leave it in the adjusted position. No way am I faffing about with waistbandsGrin

ilovepowerhoop · 19/05/2013 08:39

I just leave it as it is

wonkylegs · 19/05/2013 08:42

Leave it where it is. It only ever gets moved if DS gets fatter/thinner, it's far too much of a faff otherwise.

Sleepyfergus · 19/05/2013 08:46

Oh god leave it where it is? Why create more work for yourself!! I would never remember where it was set either and haven't the patience to fiddle about until I got it right. Very much doubt my dds would stand patiently either, they're like dressing cats at the best of times!

GibberTheMonkey · 19/05/2013 10:19

Where it is.
Have far too much laundry to worry about such things

PuppyMonkey · 19/05/2013 10:20

Leave it.

I only quite recently discovered what you're supposed to do with adjustable waistbands. Blush

SavoyCabbage · 19/05/2013 10:21

Leave it of course. Barely have time to remove the child from the trousers never mind faffing around with waistbands.

MousyMouse · 19/05/2013 10:22

leave it

RedCurls · 19/05/2013 10:46

Leave it - would never have occurred to me to undo it!

Bluestocking · 19/05/2013 13:31

You have all convinced me I'm a freak - all this time, I have been undoing the buttons like a crazy mad foo!
