Help! My fridge is a science experiment - give me courage please

Much of it's fine, but there are three saucepans in there with stuff that I just know is growing on its own (is there a 'gag' emoticon?) I hate mould! Give me a talking to or some encouragement to go in and clear them out. Oh, and some advice on how would be nice, I'm assuming this isn't for down the loo?

you can do it...if it can't go down the loo .. scrape into carrier bag, store in freezer til bin day?

have a good chuck.... check all your condiments etc. quick clean, lemon and bicarb to stop it being smelly, then maybe a trip to buy something delicious as a reward
