What's this blue crap in my bathroom?

Need some help please.....
Our toilet cistern has a button flush and I keep finding a ring of blue around it also getting it around the pump on the soap dispenser.
Anyone know what this is? Mold/mildew? It's bright blue!!

It's a reaction between the metal button and your cleaning fluid! Try wiping with water or drying after you have cleaned.
