My teenage daughter has got tinted moisturiser all over her best bra. HELP. best way to tackle it.

Have you tried wetting the bra and rubbing in plain soap (just the cheapest bar from the supermarket). I've found this has worked for makeup before.

I second the soap method-definitely better results than soaking etc

with cold water? worried hot water will set it

yep cold water and dab at it
