Dyson DC39 is the head good for carpet?

I currently have an old DC05 that had a multi floor surface head. It is really hard to push on carpet. I used to have a turbine head that you could switch heads & it used to glide over the carpet. My head broke & the Dyson is now on it's last legs.

I'm thinking of getting the DC39 that the head changes from carpet to floor. Is it easy to push on carpet? I'd rather spend extra on this to have the heads combined.

I didn't read your title properly and thought your were saying you have 39 DCs I was thinking no way can that be true
