Ironing shirts

This is such a boring question!
What is the secret to crease free cotton shirts? I can never get them completely crease free.
And don't say get someone else to do it!

Don't over dry the shirts. Use a steam iron. Iron a single layer if fabric.

and I say iron the back first, so if it gets a bit crumpled while you are doing the sleeves and (finally) the front it will not show much. The collar and cuffs are thicker and stiffer and will not crumple.

Put each shirt on a hanger immediately after ironing to dry off (unless you are ironing folded)

agree with PJ. Was once complemented by a teacher on my sons smart uniforms but I only ever ironed the bits that showed and hung up.
