LED smeared in childs lip gloss HELP!!!

Any ideas how to remove a vasaline type childs lip gloss of a LED TV, Little madam I have tried usind LED ? Plasma cleaner, it just seemed to spead it further

Scrape the most of it off with a credit card, then just keep at it wiping and wiping, hot soapy watet, but very dry squeezed out cloth iyswim
