Where can I buy duvet covers for a Queen size Australia duvet?

We bought the duvet and duvet covers in Australia but we are back in the UK now and I been trying for ages for find Queen size new covers in the shops (tried cheap shops and department stores) but nowhere seems to sell queen size.

I have checked the covers and the duvet but none of them have any measurements on.

So now I am left wondering whether Australian Queen size is called something else in England or whether I will never be able to get replacements.

Any thoughts?

a standard king size UK duvet cover should fit.
