Well after about 10 years my beloved upright Sebo has finally died. I need to get another vacuum and nearly opted straight for Sebo again but the Miele vacuums have been recommended (not the uprights - the smaller ones with the long hose). I do occassionally get a bad back and didn't know if the style of the Miele would make things worse. I'm only really considering these two makes and would love to have any feedback, especially from any of you who have owned both types.
