Neighbourhood Watch Window Transfer - How do I get it off?

We have moved into our new house which we are renovating. I want to clean the windows but the living room window has two really old neighbourhood watch window transfers which are cracked and stuck fast. I cannot get either off - any ideas?

I have found a ceramic hob cleaning knife handy for jobs similar to this. It doesn't appear to damage the glass, but test a small area first if you give it a try! Wink

Soak it in lighter fluid or WD40 and scrape off with a razor blade or knife.

Fantastic, thank you I will try the WD40 first as I have some. If that doesn't work then I might look into the ceramic hob knife.
