Hi all, very inspired by the current Karcher steam cleaner thread to buy one, but I was wondering if they are the best or if there are any different brands/models you would recommend? Budget is approximately £300, and can order online or get one in store. Thanks

Karcher or Polti ?

bought the Karcher from Tesco. It is great, done carpets, oven, grill, skirting boards. Well worth it. Need a lot of micro fibre cloths to clean up though.

I got a black and decker steam cleaner from Argos last weekend. It's soooo amazing , sad I know! It does the floor and the hand held bit pulls out so I can use it on everything else. It also comes with 2 x floor cloths, 3 nozzles and a pressurised nozzle as well as a window cleaning attachment.
