Hi my dd had a new top which is black with white sleeves and hood .
I washed it on a 40 quick wash on its own and the hood and as and any white bits have gone grey
Is there any way of saving it
Many thanks x

IME no, sorry.

What were the actual washing instructions? If it said wash at 40 and that ran the colour then I would consider taking it back and complaining (unless you washed it with lots of other darks).

Yes definitely agree with Mrs. If you have followed the instructions given on the label and this has still happened, then take it back as its easily arguable that its faulty/not fit for purpose.

I bought a top and washed it and it ruined. I liked the top so much I bought another, in general chit chat with the sales assistant, I told her what had happened and this was the second top I was buying. She said if I brought it back they would refund me.
