Puffa jacket lost its puff!

Suggestions for getting it back?

I machine washed a down filled jacket and it has dried flat as a pancake - to the point I was checking for holes in the seams and feathers in the washing machine. Will washing it again followed by tumble drying sort it out? Any other thoughts?

Tumbling it with clean tennis balls or dryer balls will poof it up something lovely.
