Electric hand mixer advice please?

I bought a Tesco basic one for about £5 and it is rubbish, so I need a new one! I didn't really want to spend more than £20, I've had a look but keep being swayed by customer reviews!! Would a Kenwood or Morphy Richards one be ok? Any recommendations?

My Kenwood from 19 years ago (Granny keeps a list of every present given, so I asked her when she bought it for me when it needed replacing!) was FAB, but what looked like the exact replacement from Argos (£15?) is starting to catch already. Maybe I've just been unlucky with this one. I'll be trying a MR when this one dies.

braun multiquick with all attachments. im in my 8th year
