How often do you change bedding?

Just wondering.... I'd love clean sheets once a week but, to be honest, we're not very sweaty and it seems a bit of a waste of energy (mine and electricity) to do it more than once every two weeks.

Once a week or once every two weeks here (sometimes less often!). My excuse is a small washing machine, which feels like it's on every day!

Every week. None of us are sweaty particularly, but we do all love the fresh-and-smooth feeling of clean sheets

At least once a week .

Did you know that you sweat up to a pint of fluid overnight? Think of al that in your bed after a week, eeewww!

I use the laundry, £1.32 for a super king flat sheet. 1000 count cotton (Australian Sheridan, it's divine) it is collected weekly and it comes back satin smooth, wrapped in tissue.

It would cost me more than that to do it myself, it barely fits in the washing machine and is a bugger to iron! My time is worth far more than £1.32!

Hmmm - there are a lot of very clean mumsnetters out there!! Now, I I could find a laundry that did washed and ironed bedding for that price, we'd definitely have clean sheets once a week....

Every week when DH is home, otherwise every two weeks. I never know how often to wash the mattress cover/protector though.

Once a fortnight here. Unless I've got guest and want to impress and I'll change them after a week so it looks fresh. The guests beds/bathrooms/towels are changed as soon as they leave.

Oh and I wash our towels every Thursday when I do the bathrooms
