Hotpoint Aqualtis Washing Machines, any MN reviews?

My much loved and heavily used dyson washing machine is on it's last legs, dyson no longer supply parts or service these machines so it may be time to say goodbye to it. I am on a very tight budget this time, £600 maximum, pref less. We have 4 dc and the machine is has 3 or 4 loads through it each day. Needs to be a large capacity, and 1400 spin, wouldlike a quick wash cycle, other than that I am not too fussy. However I am a sucker for asthetics and the aqualtis has a slightly dyson-esque look. Any suggerstions welcome.

i have had one of these, from new and all i ever did was replace the counterweight Hmm i googled it and it said it is an extremely common fault with them, or they are known to be very noisy as well...mine was that loud we could here it on the street Confused
great for washing and the size, just rubbish for a long lasting family washer.

bah, I had a horrible feeling I wuld hear some rubbish reviews! I have to think about it logically, it won't even be on view as it is in the utility room. Thanks willoughboobs

I have an Aqualtis wm and the matching dryer myself. Mine is all but silent, in fact I often have to go in the utility and check its still on. Only time I've had an issue is when it started to wobble, DH reset the feet so it was perfectly flat and it went back to its super quiet self.

I have an Aqualtis washing machine and dryer and I love them!

I've got the 12kg 1600 spin machine. Can get a king size duvet in there no problem.

I find it really quiet too.

I would never shut up about recommend it. Its fab!
