Bathroom lock which can be opened from outside but not too modern looking?

We need to install a safe bathroom lock which can secure the door from the inside for privacy but still be opened from the outside in an emergency. We live in an old property and the relevant door currently has an old fashioned cast iron door latch and a separate cast iron bolt. I've had a look around and can find bathroom locks with the functionality I'm looking for but they are all really modern and will look a bit odd. Aesthetics is not my main concern, safety is, so we'll install one of these if it is all that is available but if could find something that also looked in keeping that would be even better so before we go ahead I just thought I'd ask if any others have had this problem and what their solution was? Are there locks of this type but more "old fashioned" in appearance and I so where are they available?

A bathroom mortice tubular deadlock, with a bathroom thumbturn set. The thumbturn can be operated from outside and it has a screwdriver-operated button on the outside.

The tubular deadlocks are available in 63mm or 75mm lengths, the longer one will give more room for your fingers, as long as the stiles of the door are more than three inches wide

you can get brass or chrome. Prices vary. They can also be used on bedroom or other doors. Most lock merdchants and DIY sheds will have them. The bolt is fitted into a round hole drilled into the edge of the door, not a square chiselled mortice, so is reasonably easy to fit.

do you find this thumbturn less modern?
