Light bulb gone in top oven

i have a Bosch built in oven and the light bulb has gone in the top oven/grill.
the instruction book says to twist the bulb cover to remove it - have tried this but it will only move a small distance and then stop.

If you have had this problem how did you manage to remove the cover?

Scrub round it and soak with wet as sometimes they get stuck with a build up of cooking grease.

also, put on rubber gloves which will give you a better grip. It is probably a quarter-turn to release the bayonet lugs, then pull. Try wiggling it.
