possibly stupid washing question

I have a couple of woollen things to wash that are hand wash only, can I do these on the handwash cycle in the washing machine, and if so what can I wash them with? All the laundry detergent I have say not suitable for wool, I also found some kind of handwashing special care stuff at the back of the cupboard, but don't think I can use this in the machine?

I use Woolite and chuck jumpers in the machine on a wool wash.

I do what cuddleup does.

Thanks for that will look for woolite next time I go shopping. They will just have to stay in the bottom of the laundry basket for a bit longer.
