Sandwich press - recommendations

Hi. I'd like to buy a sandwich/panini maker as I make toasted sandwiches for my DC's breakfasts at least twice a week. I'd like one that is faff free, doesn't require a lot of fat to work, economic to use and cleans very easily. Also, I'd like to be able to make at least 2 sandwiches at the same time. I'd love to hear your recommendations or which ones I should avoid. TIA.

Yy to a breville. You don't need any butter or oil and easy to keep clean,

I bought a John Lewis sandwhich press for about £35.00, is great!

We just use the george formby grill.
No need for oil and fits two rounds in.
£15! Grin

Before forking out for a special machine, have you tried Toastabags? They usually have them in Poundland.

I use my George with a plate under the TNT legs. Make it "flat" or the cheese comes out
