best way to clean one of those puffy things (footstool type thingy)

it's looking very just a tad Hmm worse for wear and I'm making a big effort to tidy/clean/declutter lately so this is next on the list. I don't have or know anyone with a steam cleaner & have visions of soaking it and wrecking it if I use carpet cleaning solution I use in my cheapy carpet cleaner.

any ideas? tia Smile

a pouffe?

Upholstery foam (Halfords stuff is good) - spray it on, go over it with a small brush then wipe it with a barely damp cloth. Do it twice if it is really tired looking.

I didn't think my spelling looked right! yep one of those Grin

will try and get to halfords in between appointments with dd1 and job hunting this week

it's VERY tired looking so will probably need a few goes but I want it to look nice again
