Leather sofa gone "dull"

I have two leather couches which are about 8 years old. They were originally matt, but with a sheen on it - like a nice pair of boots IYSWIM.

After two years of DS and being wiped down with damp cloths and baby wipes, they have gone very dull - and I am a bit concerned about them as they are starting to lose a bit of the colour when I wipe them.

I know that you get lots of kits and wipes - but what do I need to restore the sheen and protect them?

Lord Sheraton leather polish (in a spray can) is very good, but use it when no-one needs to sit on it for a while!
