Steam cleaners - do I need one? What can I do with one? Which one please!

I'm doing my best to spring clean and am now swaying towards a steam cleaner but I know NOTHING about them.
Please help!

this one totally brilliant does everything, love them

shop around they are always on offer with all the attachments somewhere, I think they are the best make, we use them a lot as work tools, never failed me yet,

when storing always leave the lid very lightly screwed so you don't form a vacuum.

you won't look back.
