Anyone got a Siemens Dishwasher?

I have a SE26N250GB and the door flops down in a very floppy way, as if the counterbalance springs are too weak.

I have had it looked at, the engineer couldn't see anything wrong and thought it was just built that way. I complained and they are coming back to try changing the hinges, but say if that doesn't help, it's my hard luck and there's nothing wrong with it.

I have had a friend feel it, and says it is too floppy, and I have tried dishwashers in other peoples' homes, and they feel better than mine.

So I would be interested to know if anyone else has this model or has a similar experience.

Right, have just walked into kitchen specifically to try. Not sure I'd describe it as "floppy" but not much resistance. Not sure of that helps. No idea of model but a Siemens one bought in last 18 months

My dishwasher is a Siemens, the door isn't floppy on mine.

It looks like this BTW has been discontinued now

The model number is engraved on the top edge of the door.
