Anyone got any good ideas on how to keep wires and cables looking neat and tidy? DH has TV with separate speakers, amps and other technical stuff that I have no idea what it is and of course it all comes with wires that trail along the bottom of the skirting board to the plug. I hate how messy it looks. Anyone got any brigt ideas on how to make it look nice and tidy? Smile

Little tie-on tags can be used to label them down by the plug so you know what is what.

I think KleenEeze sells something to keep them straight.

If not little tie-on tags, then maybe little lengths of masking tape can be made into labels on the cords.

I currently have a 46" tv, a surround sound system, a sub, a ps3, youview box and broadband router... and you can't see any wires at all.

the tv is attached to the wall on a very strong bracket, the wires are all fed through the bracket, and down the wall in some cable ties, these then drop down into a drilled hole in the cabinet and follow down to the bottom. we removed the plug off the extension lead and fed the wire through a small hole so all you can see is one plug. all the rest are plugged into the extension lead on the inside of the cabinet. its all about a good cabinet, and a big hole Grin

Thank you Katy and Coconuts. I like the idea of hiding all the plugs and wotnot in the cabinet...I'm going to have a look at our cabinet
