steam cleaning virgin

Please can anybody tell me if steam cleaners are any good. I really fancy getting one but not sure if to get,can you clean the bath with them and cay anyone recomend a good decent priced one.......

I paid £14 from Home and Bargain, its good as it kills the bacteria and mould on tile grout , but after a few years I cant be bothered and just use bleach and a tooth brush
