As many of us see a new year as a kick up the backside to get organised, I thought I'd post links to these two brilliant threads from this time last year - hope no-one minds, but I thought they'd be useful!

Just bear in mind the age of the threads, if you respond to a post there it might be missed or you may get told off for posting on a zombie thread Grin

If you have not already, my best tip is the "launch pad" I have everything there we will need for leaving the house on time, coats, shoes, school bags, pe kits, I add lunch boxes as soon as they are made, mine and DH work stuff included, it makes it so much easier than running around trying to get everything together last minute.

I've got an 'emergency exit box' by the front door with raincoats, shoes, my work bag containing nappies, spare outfit for DS, cereal bars, spare keys, first aid kit (am a CM), and the buggy next to it Grin
