Have I ruined a load of washing? :(

I am just putting away & ironing my 3 month old DSs clothes, I just notched that some of them have weird patches of discolouration? Kind of like wet patches?

I don't know how else to explain it? They have been dried for 5 days so definitely not wet patches though!

I'm so upset, it was his next age up new stuff that I was washing :( can it be fixed?

do you use liquid tablets?

I've had this before and just washed them again with no detergent but on a full wash and they came out fine

can't hurt anyway

No I use persil which you put in the drum, but I did buy new fabric conditioner? Could it be that? I did try a rewash with one thing, but it's still there :(

Sounds like it could be grease, could they have been put down on some oil? Washing a couple more times with extra detergent might help get rid of it. With grease I think placing brown paper over it and ironing over it can help bring some of it out too.

It does look like grease, but I don't see how it could be grease? I'm so annoyed with myself!! I wash at 40oc so could it be run?

I did leave one load in the the drum for about 4hrs, I'm not sure if it's this load, but could that have caused it? Colour transfer or something?

Thanks so much for the responses, sorry if I sound ungrateful, just really annoyed with myself!

You could maybe treat the patches with a grease & oil remover & wash again.
