Hoover suggestions please

Ok, I'm sure it has been done loads of times before, but I'm too lazy to search.

Has anyone any recommendations for hovers?

We currently have a Miele cat and dog, and I love the turbo brush, but the Hoover is old and banjaxed.

I'm not a fan of uprights.

Any suggestions?

I'm sure Miele always come out well on these threads.

We went by the Which? Recommendations last time we bought one and have a Bosch, very sturdy and does the job well. Much better than our past Dysons.

Thanks Poppy. We wanted to steer away from Miele, since, although we love it, there have been quite a few problems with it. I have never really liked Dysons, but will have a look at the Bosch one. Does yours have a motorised brush?

I have been looking at Sebo, and they are quite pricey, but wondering if they are worth it.

I love my Miele

If I didn't have tht I would buy a Sebo, but that would then be an upright

Actually, I quite fancy one of these Gtech Airrams now I've read reviews :

Beaver, it looks good, but quite pricey I think for something that is still in untested waters so to speak. Not sure I would take the risk.

Right, I'm thinking of going for the sebo cylinder with massively long cable and turbo head.

I didn't like uprights either but I gave up with my Dyson cylinder. It just didn't touch the Labrador shed! I have just bought a sebo felix and love it. It is a tad unsteady if you over extend the hose when using tools, but other than that it is amazing!
