stupid fridge question..sorry!

Got my turkey in the fridge and need it to be on the coldest setting possible. The settings are min - max. Which is coldest? Does max mean max coldness or highest temperature Confused

Thanks for reply. That's what I initially thought but then started doubting. Don't have the fridge manual and scared for the welfare of my very large, very expensive turkey!!

Max on a fridge generally means max chilling effort.

If you turn it to max keep an eye on it some fridges start icing up and freezing things at the back.

Turkey just needs the fridge running at 5°C or less just like everything else.

Nothing special about turkeys.
