2 cold radiators

We have just moved into a new house (renting) and have 2 cold radiators. The rest get super toasty but even when their thermostat knob is turned up to mac they're stone cold.
I've tried bleeding but only cold water came out.

Any ideas? :)

try turning off all the others to see if it forces the hot through them?

You should have your boiler switched off when you are bleeding as otherwise you will be drawing in air.

Have you aired all the radiators? There are two valves (flow and return), on one you have your thermostatic valve, could the other one be closed for some odd reason?
