Can I recycle glasses?

Spectacles I mean. Can I recycle somewhere or donate them to charity does anyone now. I have hoarded my last four pairs. It's time to let them go!

yes - take them to your nearest optician . I've done this before, and here is one of the schemes:

I've hoarded my last four pairs too, and first pair is now back in fashion.
I'd keep them a bit longer if you like them.

Unfortunately I now have varifocals (im getting old) and the old frames aren't deep enough to fit that type of lens Sad

Our local Lions Club has a spec-bin in the local doctors and in Sainsbury's too. Might be worth looking to see if your local Lions have a website saying they do the same
