Our cleaner has been with us for 3 years and I have always given her £50 at Christmas. However for most of this year she has been bringing a friend to help so they finish in half of the time, our cleaner still does the harder jobs of bathroom, kitchen and her friend does vacuum, dusting.
Should I just split the £50 in half for each of them?
