Boots Kitchen Appliances?

Hi

Anyone ever used them? They have the fridge I want at the price I was expecting, just have never used them. Just wondering about recommendations on efficiency of customer service etc..

Any other online appliance dealers recommended too?

I believe it is an online retailer, not owned by Boots, that you link to from the Boots website.

i think it is the same one that Debenhams uses, and a number of other big-name retailers that no longer have their own electrical department.

you may find that if you're on the retailers website, when you click on "large electricals" the web page address changes, and sometimes you can't use the retailers vouchers or store cards.

Got a super fridge freezer from them, like you because it was at the price we wanted. No problems whatsoever.

yes, it takes you to a different website, despite its name, it is DRL, also trading as AppliancesOnline

I expect Boots consider them a trustworthy partner.

had my oven from them, everything was fine and I got advantage card points. Was the same price as a couple of other online places, so the points were a bonus :)

Yup they are great, have used for work and at home. Good customer service keeping you informed of delivery dates and times, competitive prices, also competitive prices for removing old units if want, plus advantage points! Only slight downside was that they don't take the packaging away anymore, quite a few suppliers are the same now unfortunately.

i got my fridge from them 2 years ago and no problems with them
