I've finally come to the decision that I'm going to have a cleaner for a few hours a week. I work full time looong shifts and on my days off amongst other things care for my grandmother. When people have cleaners do you leave a little list of what jobs you need doing? Does anyone have a reliable, honest and good cleaner in central/NW London they could recommend to me?
