Hmm, depends on your budget really - this company or Heals does bespoke and there are a few more of similar ilk like this one around I think if you search. Otherwise somewhere like IKEA will probably do some more basic versions.

Had a bugger of a job getting it (both because its square and because its quite large). In the end I bought carpet from Carpet Right and they gave me the number of someone local who binds it (whips the edges). Hey Presto, a made-to-measure rug.
