Gadgets you love

After years of living in a flat and not having room for non essential items, I am about to move to a house where I will have room for a few gadgets.
So what 3 household/garden "toys" Would you recommend.

My wishlist is;

Quooker tap.
Water softener that uses salt.
Induction hob
Spin dryer (probably buying that tomorrow though.

Dishwasher. Never had one till we moved a couple of years ago and the new house had one fitted. Love it to bits.

Would also like a boiled water tap.

Have a walk in fridge, if anyone's interested. Is quite nice!

A pressure canner and a dehydrator.

The pressure canner enables me to bottle home-grown grub as soups, stews, fruit pie fillings and veg - pretty much anything you can buy in tins.

The dehydrator is good for dried apple rings, dried mushrooms, dried herbs, dried pulses, dried chillies, anything that can't be bottled.

Thanks ladies, a dishwasher is top of my list. I had for about 15 years untill we moved in here 7 years ago and I miss it everyday!

Quooker is a great shout, I hadn't thought about that.

What about those robot Hoover things? Or those enormous steam iron things? Or even am amazing food processor? Does anyone actually use a pasta maker? Or an ice cream machine? It just goes on and on

I've got a steam generator iron, brilliant things.

Breadmaker.

I used to have a pasta machine and it got used about every two or three years. I use my hand blender a lot, food mixer and processor frequently, dishwasher most days and tumble dryer when it rains.

I have no desire to have one of those boiling water taps. OH is so absent minded I'm sure he would think it was the hot water tap and burn himself.

If you have some spare cash and a large enough roof I would go for solar panels. We have had hundreds of pounds back already this year from FIT payments.

I love my Magimix. A LOT.

Which magimix grumpla? I have been doing a bit of research but don't really know what I'm looking for

Magimix, breadmaker and dishwasher. Oh and I love our double sink and oven

Love my stick blender for soups. No more pouring boiling liquid into liquidisers and scalding myself when a vegetable causes some of the soup to splash.

My alligator onion chopper is great when there are lots of onions to be chopped.

Third thing isn't really a gadget but its great having some space for cast iron casseroles now.

I love my ice cream maker. It was expensive but churns as it freezes and I use it regularly. It probably isn't much cheaper per batch than premium ice cream but it tastes fab & I use home grown fruit as much as I can.

I have one of those apple lathes. Best gadget ever.

Things I use a lot :
Kitchenaid stand mixer (I've got a professional one), stick blender, ice cream maker, magic bullet. I've got a big (expensive ) steam generator that can be used as a steam cleaner or with an iron attachment. Dishwasher and tumble dryer are essentials, not gadgets IMO.

Dishwasher and gigantic steam iron! Hate washing up and ironing, these make my life easier and I don't begrudge doing them quite as much, still don't like them mind!

Kenwood chef titanium - I love it. Also Kenwood mini chopper for chilis, garlic and ginger.
Agree with above poster about dishwasher and tumble dryer being essentials!

Thanks again. I once would have agreed about the dishwasher and dryer until my apartment dictated either a dishwasher or a cupboard for pans but not both luckily the washer/dryer was invented!!
My Santa list is now enormous.
