Nail varnish on the carpet

Dd has spilt nail varnish on the carpet how do i remove it? Would nail varnish remover work?

Try it in a corner first and if it doesn't change the colour if the carpet it's ok to give it a go.

Ive tried it and its fetched out the nail varnish but theres still a red tinge to the carpet so im going to keep going over it

Also dd (shes a pita) has got candle wax on her new top any ideas how to remove that?

Continually keep putting nail varnish remover on it and then dabbing with kitchen roll. I spilt bright pink varnish on a new clean carpet. It took an age but eventually come out and dh never found out.

Don't rub the carpet though.

Candle wax is put brown paper over it then iron it to melt the wax. You could also try freezing the top and seeing if any wax will flake off.

Is your DD alwasy this cack handed or just having a bad day? Grin
