Window cleaner has been and as a last resort I can contact him - but his mate has pulled my blind right up, it's a wide JL wooden slatted one. When the guy fitted it, he did demonstrate it to me and it all made sense - but that was six+ months ago and I cannot remember a thing, except that venetian blinds always drive me mad. Any tips welcome.
