How do I clean marble floors.

We've just moved in a house with marble floors from top to bottom and I have been sweeping them to get the dust up. The other day I bought a mop and bucket and washed them with water with a splash of washing up liquid but they were streaky. So I bought a cleaner and popped a capful in the bucket with water but they were still streaky.

What would anyone recommend to use to have nice shiny floors.?

Not washing up liquid - bad for natural stone. Ltp mattstone floor wash works well.

Thanks for that, won't try that again Smile

Forgot to say I have the added complication in that I live in the UAE so I can't get some products.
