clothes shaver

bobbly clothes and jumpers from last winter. They all need sorting out. are clothes shavers any use whatsoever? Or do I have to spend 2 days picking bobbles off......

i bought one recently in waitrose after DSs school sweatshirt went bobbly after just one wash. it seems to work, though i am so slapdash with it i am not sure how the fabric will hold up!
