An occasional cleaner...what to do?

I'm thinking about getting a cleaner in once a month. I feel that I can keep on top of the low-lying flith in our house, but really struggle to do the extra jobs. Does anyone have experience of a cleaner once a month, does it work and if so what jobs do they do?

At the moment my list is; cleaning the inside of the windows, clean the oven, clean the skirting boards, hoover under the beds (although I imagine that would require two cleaners - 1 to lift, 1 to hoover). Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

I think thats a really great idea and I swore that after we moved house I would do something similar.

We haven't hired anyone yet!

I have a cleaning business

And lots of people just book "occasional" cleans, or even one offs. Its quite acceptable lol :)

Mine would include dusting the tops of cupboards and giving furniture a good clean or dust.
