I just wiped down the window frame in my living room, and I was appalled at the colour change - I suppose the door frames, skirting boards, etc, are in the same state of grunge.
It's probably been asked before, but how often "should" one wash paintwork - not a quick wipeover, but a good wash? Weekly? Monthly? Annually? Never, just sell the house?
